Bill contributed to research design and tool development for the qualitative component of the project during the knowledge mapping phase, and the development of the Global Health Course in the knowledge packaging phase. Bill also serves as an advisor to the overall project.  

As a faculty member at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Bill’s research focuses on the development, assessment, monitoring and evaluation of programs, and knowledge and practices among refugee and displaced persons. Specific areas of focus include; maternal and child health, and community health and development.
