Webprosecutors and members of law enforcement have complained that television shows such as csi: Crime scene investigation have cultivated in jurors’ unreasonable expectations. Webthis article examines the evolution of crime scene management by evaluating the forensic science (or lack thereof) from a murder trial that occurred in 1840.
